SMS text message opt-in

Who sends messages

Billing Test 1 sends automated text messages to members who explicitly opt in. The reservation website is operated on the Club Court Manager™ platform by StoufferAI.

How to opt in

Members opt in on our public sign-in page before any text is sent:

1. Open https://billing-test-1.clubcourtmanager.com/login?tab=phone (Text code tab).
2. Enter the mobile phone number on your membership roster.
3. Check the consent box with the disclosure below.
4. Tap Text me a code to request a one-time sign-in code.

Opt-in is also collected when requesting membership with a phone number, or when updating a phone number on My Profile (checkbox required before save).

I agree to receive automated text messages from Billing Test 1 at the mobile number I provide for account sign-in codes and court reservation notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message, or remove your phone number from My Profile. Email sign-in remains available if you do not wish to receive texts.

Record keeping

We store the date and time of SMS opt-in (and IP address when available) before sending any text message.
