Common questions

Do you take a cut of membership or court payments?
No CCM transaction fees. Membership dues (and court/league payments when you collect them through CCM) go to your club via Stripe Connect. Keep more of every payment. Stripe's standard card-processing fees still apply.
What counts as a court?
Active courts configured in Admin for each sport (for example six Pickleball courts). Rooms are separate and do not count toward the court total.
What happens when we add more courts?
Your first six courts are included in the $40/month base. Each additional active court is $5/month. Member count is unlimited — no per-member fees. Admin → Billing shows your estimated total.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Self-serve setup at /start — most communities are live in under an hour for their first sport.
Annual billing?
Self-serve signup is monthly only. Cancel anytime from Admin → Billing. For annual billing, contact StoufferAI and we'll set up a plan for your community.
